Laminated Glass

The laminated glass is made by placing the organic material between two layers of glass or many layers of glass through heating , pressing and binding . The glass can be simple glass , toughened glass , coated glass , etc , and the most common organic material in the middle is PVB film ( polyvinyl – butyral ) ; the glass is of the features in sound insulation , intercepting the ultraviolet rays , earthquake – proof , intruding – proof , anti – impacting and anti – explosion and armoring ; it is widely applied in the doors and windows , ceilings , glass partition wall , French windows , etc ; when the glass is broken because of the impacting , the broken pieces are firmly glued on the film , only in that the glass breaks in the radial cracks with the impacting point as the center , which will protect the man and the property from being damaged.
